NCAEE Leadership Opportunities

Are you interested in becoming a part of the NCAEE Leadership team? We are currently seeking educators to serve as active Board members for the coming 2010-2011 year.

If you are interested in applying for one of the positions below, please submit a cover letter and a copy of your resume postmarked no later than September 20th. NCAEE Board members will review all applications prior to October 15, 2010. A slate of officer nominations will be presented at the upcoming Elementary School Conference in October.

An application of interest should include:

1. Your professional resume
   1. Background and experience as an educator
   2. Your contact information including physical address, email address and phone number
   3. Two references with contact information
2. A cover letter in which you describe:
   1. The leadership position(s) for which you are applying (refer to NCAEE regional map on the right to find your region)
   2. Reason(s) for seeking a position on the NCAEE Board of Directors
   3. Qualities that you feel would be an asset to our organization
