NCAEE is currently accepting proposals for programs to be presented at the 2008 Conference.

General Information
Each concurrent session will be 75 minutes in length. ALL rooms will be arranged theatre style, unless arrangements are made otherwise with the NCAEE Conference committee.

• Convention Center policy does not allow materials of any kind to be hung on the walls, so please plan accordingly.
• Each room will be equipped with a screen.
• Overhead projectors are available upon request.
• All other equipment needs will be the responsibility of the presenter(s) and must be arranged through the Convention Center directly at the presenter’s expense, including Internet access.
• Each presenter must provide his/her handouts – exact numbers will be provided based on room occupancy if accepted to present at the conference. It is the responsibility of the presenter to ensure copyright permission.
